Return Policy

  • If we send you the wrong item or a damaged item: If the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery, we will accept your return, pay for return shipping, and issue a full refund, including shipping.  In order for us to pay return shipping, you must follow our return shipping instructions, which we will send when you initiate a return.  This applies to cases where we sent you the wrong item, or if the item was damaged when you received it.
  • If we send you the correct item and it is not damaged: If the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery, we will accept your return and issue a refund for the price you paid for the item, not including shipping.  In these cases, we will not pay for return shipping.
  • We do not accept returns for digital items.  If you have any trouble accessing downloads that you have purchased, please contact us immediately using our contact page so that we can assist and fix the problem.
  • We do not accept returns for gift certificates / vouchers.  If you have any trouble accessing or using such purchases, please contact us immediately using our contact page so that we can assist and fix the problem.
  • Items are not considered damaged if they arrive in the condition specified on the website.  We sell items in various conditions.  Most of our merchandise is new or refurbished and in like-new condition.  This is one of the reasons our prices are so low.  We occasionally sell items with known defects for severely reduced prices.  These defects will be made very clear during purchase, and the customer will be sent an alert to make sure that they are aware of defects in the case of these deals.  If a customer accepts the item with the known defect, it is not eligible for a return because of any listed defects.
  • Returns of furniture or large items must be returned to our location by the customer.  If you purchased furniture or another large item, then you must return the item to our location to be issued a refund,  We will not pay to have the item shipped, and we will not pick it up.
